a piece of camembert by la bonne vie sits on a dark wood board

Camembert by La Bonne Vie

For those who love milder cheeses, this one is perfect. It has a bit of the mushroominess of a Camembert, but on the milder side. Personally, I would punch it up by baking it (use your air fryer to not heat up your kitchen). I added a video below showing how to create a rich, flavorful option.

Camembert vs. Brie: same bloomy-rind family, but Camembert runs deeper and earthier, with more pronounced mushroom notes, where Brie stays mellow and buttery.
