When we started to talk about cheese for this month, I kept coming back to summer road trips.

It's something very American and brought me to our specialty. American Artisan. I looked for cheeses that represented different areas of our country but also different makers. Cheeses that will surprise you in their flavor profiles, very much like the roadside attractions across the US.
